What is Included (Our Responsibility):

• Hardware & Speed: Managing high-performance Enterprise NVMe SSD storage and low-latency Anycast DNS routing.

• Security: Container-level environment isolation backed by automated threat mitigation, Web Application Firewall (WAF), and real-time malware scanning powered by Monarx.

• Connectivity: Automated SSL certificate generation and renewal, DNS stability, and 99.99% uptime guarantees.

• Data Integrity: Managing automated daily off-site backups of your entire container environment for disaster recovery.

What is Not Included (Customer Responsibility):

As a high-performance hosting provider, we provide the dedicated "infrastructure," while you maintain ownership of your site's "content and code." Customer responsibilities include:

• Website Content: Writing copy, uploading media, or formatting pages and posts..

• WordPress Maintenance: Managing updates for WordPress core, themes, and plugins. (If you’re unsure where to start, we can recommend the safest auto-update settings for your setup).

• Design & Layout: Troubleshooting custom CSS, typography adjustments, or responsive design tweaks.

• Development: Debugging custom scripts, theme code, plugin conflicts, or third-party API integrations.

• Email Hosting: We focus exclusively on high-speed web hosting and do not host or support inbox mail servers. We recommend pairing your domain with specialized providers like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Proton Mail.
