Hardware: Ensuring peak performance of our Enterprise NVMe SSD storage and server clusters.
Security: Active monitoring and threat mitigation via the immuni360 security suite (Firewall, WAF, and Malware scanning).
Connectivity: Managing SSL certificate installation, DNS stability, and 99.9% uptime.
Data Integrity: Managing automated daily off-site backups of your hosting environment.
What is Not Included (Customer Responsibility):
As a hosting provider, we provide the "space" for your site, but we do not manage the "content" within it. Customer responsibility includes:
Website Content: Writing copy, uploading images, or formatting pages/posts.
WordPress Management: You’ll handle the updates for your WordPress core, themes, and plugins. If you’re not sure where to start, we can point you toward the best settings to keep your site updating automatically.
Design & Layout: Troubleshooting CSS "jumps," font changes, or responsive design tweaks.
Development: Debugging custom code, scripts, or third-party API integrations.
Email Services: We provide specialized web hosting; we do not provide or support integrated email accounts or mail server troubleshooting.
